February felt like a mix of snow days, soup season, and our first family vacation of the year! Between extra time at home, prepping taxes, and packing up for Great Wolf Lodge, I found myself leaning hard into cozy upgrades, practical organization, and a few fun surprises (like a record player upgrade for Valentine’s Day 🥰). From chlorine-fighting swim essentials to everyday home favorites, these are the things we genuinely used and loved all month long.
As always, these are items we’ve been genuinely using and loving — the kind of finds that earn their spot in daily life, not just on a wishlist.
Each month, I round up a mix of must-haves, little luxuries, and game-changing goodies I have been loving for myself, my kids, and our home. Whether it’s a cozy outfit, a genius mom hack, or the perfect seasonal décor, these are the things that made my month a little brighter (and maybe more fun or functional, too!).

Saltair Serum Body Wash
This body wash instantly made my winter shower feel like a tropical vacation 😍 The body wash is invigorating with an amazing lather, and the body butter left my skin so soft — not sticky at all, even in this dry winter air.
Elephant Bath Toy Storage
I needed a better system for ALL the bath toys, and this elephant bin delivered. It has great drainage, is easy to clean, and actually looks cute sitting in our bathroom.
Bloom Towels

Tooth Fairy Door Hanger
Now that we’ve entered the tooth-losing era, this has been a game-changer. My son puts his tooth in the little jar and hangs it on his door — no digging under pillows at midnight for me 😅
Glass Candy Jar
I wanted a pretty little jar for candy near my desk (dangerous, I know). The bamboo lid seals tight and it’s the perfect size without being over-the-top.
Yoto Player
We still use our Yoto players every single day. The kids listen at bedtime and in the mornings — and I just learned you can adjust the nightlight brightness with the knobs, which feels like a hidden parent hack. (Honestly, I’m always learning something new about these fabulous audio players!)
Soup Bowl & Plate Set
With how cold it’s been, we’ve been living on soup and warm meals. This bowl-and-plate combo is perfect for cozy dinners, and I definitely need a full set for the whole family.
Mantis Card Game
This has been my 6-year-old’s favorite snow day game! It’s simple enough for him to learn and teach back to me, which makes it even more fun.
Weekend Duffel Bag
This nylon duffel folds up small but somehow holds SO much. It’s perfect for a weekend away — especially if you’re a chronic overpacker like me 😂
Giant Storage Bag with Wheels
Think Hulken vibes but budget-friendly. I used it to haul sheets and blankets on a recent trip, and the wheels made it so easy to move once it was packed up.
Crosley Vinyl Record Player
We upgraded our old record player for Valentine’s Day and did our homework this time. Separate speakers, full-size platter, and a counterweight were non-negotiables — and the whole family has been loving listening to albums together.
Kitsch Detangler & UnBrush
The UnBrush is still my holy grail for knots — it glides through hair so easily. I’ve also been loving this new detangler from Kitsch that smells amazing and makes brushing even easier.
Reusable Food Pouches
These are still a staple for my preschooler. They zip at the bottom for easy filling, help reduce mess, and stand up in the dishwasher for simple cleanup.
Bogg Swim Bag
I am officially obsessed with this swim bag. With dividers, pouches, and tons of space, it made our Great Wolf Lodge trip so organized — and I cannot wait to bring it to the beach this summer.
SoCozy Swim Wash
We used this after every waterpark swim and already love it. It smells great, is super gentle, and helps wash away all that chlorine from skin and hair.
Collapsible Rolling Tote
This tote saved us at the waterpark. The removable wheels kept everything off the wet ground, and it folds down into a pouch when you’re not using it. (Plus, that pouch becomes an exterior pocket when it’s a large tote bag.)
Pre-Swim Lotion
This is a MUST if you’re spending all day in chlorine. It acts as a barrier for skin and is also great for saltwater — definitely packing this for beach season too.
Epson Eco Tank Printer
We’ve printed so much this year — coloring pages, tax documents, everything — and I still haven’t had to refill the ink. That alone makes this printer a win in my book.
Travel Sewing Kit
This tiny kit lives in my makeup bag and came in clutch for cutting off long waterpark wristbands—one of those small things that’s surprisingly useful.
